In the Bible, a psalmist once asked: I lift up my eyes to the hills-- where does my help come from?
For centuries, millions of people have found help by getting involved in a local church.
There you will find a supportive and diverse group of people of all ages and stages, and some weekly spiritual food to help you on life’s journey. It takes courage to turn up to a place where you don’t know anyone yet, but it could be the start of something great.
